We ship all orders in Canada by Canada Post or UPS depending on your choice. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days for Priority Mail and 7-10 business days Canada Post. We ship internationally by UPS. Shipping charges will be added to the total of the order during checkout.
Note: Orders shipped outside CANADA may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Grizzly Beard Company is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order. Estimated international shipping time is 10-14 days.
Grizzly Beard Company is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Because our orders are processed so quickly, cancellations must be within 2 hours following order completion. Once the products have been mailed we will require full payment.
Most orders will be processed within the day they are received and mailed within 24-48 hours.
If an order is cancelled before shipping, the entire amount is refunded.
